Limited Warranty
Lighting Direct, LP will send parts to repair any fixtures that have missing parts. If the product does not work properly, or has bad workmanship, the item will be replaced on the next shipment. This is at the discretion of Lighting Direct, LP.
No charge backs on labor or materials will be paid by Lighting Direct, LP.
Finishes on the product is warranted for six months as long as the product is in normal climate conditions. Wet locations, salty air, or acid rain conditions will limit the warranty to three months.
This warranty does not apply to any items that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s) nor does it cover any labor costs or consequential damages to repair/replace any item due to any of the above reasons.
Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products. We make no warranty, express or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
